On one of the days during your stay, we will have the pleasure of exploring the surrounding area with our knowledgeable guide. As we embark on this journey, we will savor our packed lunch in the midst of nature, allowing you to connect with the environment and nourish your soul.
Visit to Burgau Fishing Village and Silves Wine Tasting
Another exciting day awaits as we venture to the picturesque fishing village of Burgau. Here, you can wander through the charming cobbled streets, immersing yourself in the local culture and soaking in the seaside ambiance. If you're feeling adventurous, a refreshing dip in the sea might be the perfect way to rejuvenate!
Following our time in Burgau, we will make our way to Silves, where a delightful wine tasting experience awaits. Indulge in the rich flavors of regional wines and savor light tapas that complement the beverages perfectly. After this exquisite tasting, we will return to our retreat location for a quick freshening up before coming together for a well-deserved dinner.

THE FOOD
Our exclusive chef will delight you with a variety of scrumptious vegetarian dishes, with the option to enjoy fish on three evenings. Each day, after our yoga session, we will gather as a group to relish in wholesome breakfasts, flavorful lunches, and satisfying dinners. You can also look forward to two days where you will receive a thoughtfully prepared packed lunch. Our aim is to provide you with nourishing meals that not only fuel your body but also nurture your soul.
TRAVEL
We will be flying into Faro from the UK (either London Gatwick or Bristol). Please ensure that you are either on the same flight as us or you flight arrives/departs around the same time. Flight details will be published once the flights have been released by EasyJet.

THE LOW DOWN
THE COST OF THE WEEK INCLUDES:
Mixed ability yoga classes on 6 mornings and 5 evenings.
7 nights accommodation in a lovely spacious room with a balcony and a great view!
All meals from dinner on the first night to breakfast on the last day.
